I was fortunate to have had Tom from Southwest Door & Sash, Inc. given to me by referral: I  couldn’t have found a better person to  repair my horribly difficult door,  I was totally impressed from our first conversation. He made a timely appointment;  confirmed it, was on time. He inspected the door, analyzed the problem  and proceeded to fix it, He was very professional and polite as well. I was most impressed by the fact that he was the 3rd repair person to come to fix it, the first two made it worse and Tom is the one who fixed it perfectly. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive.  I had 5 windows and sliding door replaced. The installers did a very good job, were on time and cleaned up inside and out. I've used these guys for a couple of projects now, replacing some interior doors and installing a security door on my front door.
