We replaced slider patio doors with French doors and had a seamless experience with Southwest. Our rep, Rocco, was extremely insightful and helpful. Their installer was very detailed and excellent. Overall, a terrific experience at a great price.

I was fortunate to have had Tom from Southwest Door & Sash, Inc. given to me by referral: I couldn’t have found a better person to repair my horribly difficult door, I was totally impressed from our first conversation. He made a timely appointment; confirmed it, was on time. He inspected the door, analyzed the problem and proceeded to fix it, He was very professional and polite as well. I was most impressed by the fact that he was the 3rd repair person to come to fix it, the first two made it worse and Tom is the one who fixed it perfectly. He is the one you should call if you want your work done perfectly for a reasonable price!

Awesome service from our initial visit to their storefront to our estimate and measurements with Tom and installation with Steve. We removed outdated security bars and updated our patio doors and windows. Great experience and we love how the new additions have brightened up our home

I would recommend this company, after getting quotes from numerous companies I selected them. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. I had 5 windows and sliding door replaced. The installers did a very good job, were on time and cleaned up inside and out. So far am happy with my purchase.

Tom Nelson and Southwest Door & Sash were recommended to us by the company who we used for window treatments. Tom was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. We trusted his advice with replacing 14 windows in our home and we will definitely be using them in the future when it is time to replace to remaining windows in our home. Stephen and Sage were our installers and they were very tidy and installed all 14 windows in one day. The entire process from booking our consult with Tom, to ordering the windows, to scheduling the install was extremely smooth and we are very happy with our new windows!

Had new double front doors installed as well as a side garage door..I couldn’t be more pleased..they came out beautiful..this company installed my windows and other doors many years ago and they still look brand new..highly recommend..Rocco was very detailed and always communicated very well throughout the process.

I've used these guys for a couple of projects now, replacing some interior doors and installing a security door on my front door. Both experiences have been very positive, and I won't hesitate to reach out to them for future needs. Amy, the office manager, is very kind and responsive. Rocco, one of the owners and the one who I met with for a quote, is very helpful and didn't try to push anything whatsoever, just laid out my options for me to make my own decision.

Love, love, love my office oversized opaque made to order doors!!! So unique! Thank you Southwest Door & Sash. We moved during the pandemic and ordered doors for my home office. They were very upfront with timing and pricing and the gentleman that came and did the install was super professional and kind.
